Based on that data, we provide analytics including median salary, bottom 25%, and top 10% estimates for similar profiles with the similar skillset.No Account RequiredWe do not require you to create an account or share any contact information. The service works entirely without registration.No Retention of Your ResumeWe do not store your resume. Once the relevant data is extracted, the document is immediately deleted from our system. We do not use, sell, or share your resume or its contents for any other purpose.Personal Data HandlingWe do not process or use your personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, gender, or ethnicity. These details are irrelevant to our analysis and are ignored. You’re welcome to upload an anonymised version of your resume — feel free to remove or change your name and contact information. It will not affect the result.Anonymised Data UseWe may use anonymised, aggregated data from resumes to improve the accuracy of our salary predictions over time. This data contains no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to any individual.Third-Party ServicesWe use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website.
